During the duration of your 2-hour party, our top priority is to provide the best possible experience for the children and ensure they are properly cared for, served, and attended to.

For this reason, we kindly recommend having no more than 3 parents or guardians in total remain at the party. Please note that our staff’s responsibilities are focused solely on the children attending the event, and we are not responsible for serving or attending to the needs of additional adults.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us keep the focus on making the party fun, organized, and enjoyable for the children!

1. There are ONLY 3 adults permitted to stay the duration of your party free of charge.  Any additional adults that stay past the first 10 minutes of your party, will result in an additional fee of $15 per parent.

2. TUTU'S AND TIARAS, there are 4 adults permitted throughout the duration of your party free of charge (as we acknowledge this party package is for younger groups). Any additional adults that stay past the first 10 minutes of your party, will result in an additional fee of $15 per parent.

3. Party guests who arrive later than 30 minutes after the party start time, will not be allowed to participate in majority of the services. As our team works hard to maintain a timely schedule. 

4. The maximum amount of children we can hold in our space is 15 children. All party packages start with 8 children, but there is the option to add up to 15 children (with extra fees, see party package pages) 

5. We do not supply: plates, napkins, tablecloths or utensils. We only provide juice boxes (apple & orange) and water for the children. 

6. We are a SHOE-FREE ZONE!! That means that we supply our own sanitized flip flops for the party guests to wear.
